PGPARA was established in 2016 and is a Payment Institution that has an operating license for Money Transfer transactions in accordance with the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency`s (BRSA) decision dated 26/12/2019 and numbered 8751 and the Official Gazette dated 31/12/2019 and numbered 30995. PGPARA Payment Institution has the status of Payment Institution within the scope of the Law No. 6493 on “Payment and Securities Settlement Systems, Payment Services and Electronic Money Institutions”, which entered into force on 20/06/2013, and it can be used in more than one foreign currency, in domestic and abroad, to bank accounts, to names. It provides services in sending money or receiving money from all of them. While PGPARA Payment Institution carries out all payment transactions through its own system, it works simultaneously with the Systems of our business partners with whom we cooperate abroad, and expands its service network day by day with its expert staff and innovative technologies to provide fast and secure service.

Considering the digital and banking statistics carried out by the Association of Turkish Banks in 2017, online remittances made by banks were 71 million and the total volume of transactions were 957 billion Turkish liras, according to the data related to face-to-face transactions, 1 million transactions take place annually and the total volume of these transactions is about 1 billion 200 million TL. Our idea emerged on being an active part of the vast market in which 1 million transactions are carried out.
